Attractive NZ native tree perfect for landscaping and restoration plantings.
Distinctive flowers during spring/summer.
Fast Growing and hardy.
In Taranaki, tī kōuka are commonly found in coastal and wetland scrub. A number of large historic trees survive on pā and other Māori cultural sites across the province.
Current height approx 0.5m above PB3 planter bag.
These plants are grown locally in Ngāmotu New Plymouth and have been donated to Heritage Taranaki to help support our mission of conserving our region’s unique heritage.
